- After booking confirmation, you can receive in 7-10 days by regular mail. (National holidays and listed holidays are not counted in this term)
- Tickets will be sent within 3 days after the order is placed. If you need to change the shipping address, please inform the customer service before 6 pm the next day.

- It is not recommended for people with high blood pressure/heart disease and pregnant women to participate in bathing activities.
- Do not use the bath house after drinking.
